Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell

The Annual George Bossi Lowell Holiday Wrestling Tournament  changed venues in 2010 and made its debut at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell on Wednesday, December 29 and Thursday, December 30.  From its beginning in 1972 at Edith Norse Rogers Jr High it then moved to the “new” High School in 1982  to its current location at the Tsongas.

This event is considered to be one of the most prestigious wrestling tournaments in New England if not the East Coast. The best MIAA wrestlers as well as select participants from Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island will converge in Lowell for this great holiday tradition.
